I'm a design manager based in Budapest. I've spent 14 years in design, the last few leading product design teams at Genesys, where I look after six designers in four countries. I hold an MBA in Management Strategy and a post-graduation in Agile Project Management, which is why I tend to care about business results as much as craft.
My work sits where people, process, and product meet: hiring, growing designers, aligning with Product and Engineering, and lately using AI to remove busywork.

I led design for global apps and websites at a studio, from first concept through animation and 3D rendering. I also ran creative direction across branding, social, video, and digital products. I was responsible for several major websites and apps in Europe, including Brain Bar, Bookr Kids, Cristo, and Techocasa.

I was part of the initial marketing team during the company's launch phase, working as a Motion Graphic Designer and UI Designer. I made social media posts, video animations, presentations, branded stationery, and printed materials. I'm a nerd who loves dogs. That's Kenai, my best friend, and yes, he has an Instagram.
I went to music school and played in a lot of bands, and I still pick up the bass and drums now and then. I've played tabletop RPGs for as long as I can remember, sometimes on livestream, and I try to read about a book a week.
